Lisa Herlinger
Cara is PEAK Pilates certified in mat and apparatus equipment. She is also certified in MAMALATES, a mom and baby pre-natal and postpartum based program. Cara has taught Pilates mat/equipment, barre, and movement classes at studios throughout the Portland area for the past 10 years. She enjoys dancing, music, yoga, traveling, hiking, swimming, laughing and relaxing in the beautiful NW with her family and friends. Cara is also an astrologer and energy/spiritual healing coach, which she incorporates in her daily life and movement practice. “Keep the body and energy moving ” is Cara’s motto!
In 2015, Annice opened Tumtum Pilates in downtown Washougal and loves being part of such a wonderful community. An instructor at Tumtum Pilates, a fifth generation Oregonian, trained as an artist and painter. She uses her artist's eye and intuition to help clients find their focus. Discovering Pilates while recovering from a chronic lower back injury changed her life. Annice has found teaching Pilates is an amazing opportunity for everyone, client and teacher, to learn about their body through strengthening and healing movements.
Lisa is a culinary virtuoso with a knack for turning ordinary ingredients into extraordinary delights. Her journey began in 2004 when she founded Ruby Jewel, a beloved ice cream sandwich company that quickly became a staple at the Portland Farmers Market. With boundless creativity and a passion for quality, Lisa transformed Ruby Jewel from a humble market stall into a nationwide sensation, gracing freezer aisles in grocery stores and convenience shops across the country. Her passion for food and holistic living shines through in every retreat, inspiring participants to nourish their bodies and souls.

• Recommended Airports: Palm Springs (PSP) Airport which is 24.4 miles away
or Ontario/San Bernardino (ONT) (74 miles)
• We will provide transportation for people arriving at PSP on the 2:20pm flight 11/21
as well as the return flight at PSP on the 11:15am 11/25.
• People are welcome to rent their own car for the retreat.
• We will have one dinner out, not paid for by the retreat.
